Common Ailments

Common foot and ankle problems often dealt with by a chiropodist include flat feet, bunions, heel pain, hammertoes, neuromas, ingrown toenails, fungal infections, warts, corns and calluses. Chiropodists can prescribe topical and oral medications as well as fit patients for inserts known as orthotics.
